Ice-Cream With a View
Fior di Latte is housed within the historical house 'Beaulieu' which is the home to the owners' grandmother who is the inspiration for a lot of what we do and one of our biggest fans. Beaulieu incorporates what used to be the Benedictine Abbey of Santa Scolastica founded in 1494.

Just opposite Fior di Latte, you will find one of the best vantage points where to enjoy a magnificent view of the island, whilst cooling off with an ice-cream in hand.

It's what's on the inside that counts
Fior di latte is a family run gelateria where our gelato is made fresh on site every day. Our aim is to create Malta's tastiest ice cream using the freshest and best ingredients from around the world. Our ambitious project started in 2015 after two years of market research to a warm reception from our customers. We are a small passionate team who are constantly looking to innovate and better our products.

We also serve illy coffee, freshly made Belgian waffles, freshly squeezed orange juice, and milkshakes. All our ice cream is available in 500g, 1.25kg and 1.75kg take out tubs
